Learning Session Leader

Application deadline: 15 July 2024 12:00 pm

Do you want to be part of a dynamic and evolving Museum team? Are you passionate about delivering quality learning experiences for families and schools? If the answer is ‘yes’, you could join our friendly team of Learning Session Leaders.

The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre is a destination of choice for tens of thousands of schools, families and lovers of Roald Dahl’s work from all over the world. Your role will bring you into direct contact with these audiences as you will prepare and deliver sessions for both school groups and families.

Following the development and launch of our Livestream Learning schools’ programme in June 2021, the Learning Team is constantly updating and improving its offer to both schools and in the public programme in a post-pandemic world. We’ve all developed new digital skills and are now working on SEND and under-5s offers. You will be keen to develop new skills and match your enthusiasms with the work of a Museum that really values and supports professional development.

Come and work with a friendly team in the lovely village of Great Missenden, just 45 minutes from London but surrounded by the beautiful countryside that inspired Roald Dahl.

For more details on the role and how to apply, please contact Charlotte Hollis on charlotte@roalddahlmuseum.org.

NB Session Leaders deliver across term time weekdays, weekends and throughout school holidays. Please be ready to discuss your availability when applying.

  • Closing date: Midday Monday 15th July
  • Interviews: Thursday 25th July at The Museum
